Our Customer Service Department is looking for someone new to join their team.  The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Obermeyer Dealers, Sales Representatives and Consumers via telephone and email.

 

General Responsibilities:

-Assist customers by phone and email with placing orders, processing returns and addressing questions or concerns in a kind, helpful and professional manner.
-Become a product expert and provide detailed and accurate product information to our customers.
-Responsible for maintaining and fostering relationships with accounts in assigned territories.
-Provide inside sales support to our Independent Sales Representatives. 
-Additional Social Media, Marketing & Sales projects based on your background and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Excellent Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-Detail-oriented.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and willing to learn new systems (i.e. Atlassian, Red Horse, Salesforce)

This is a full-time, year round position.
