We are seeking an individual to join our team as Rooms Quality Manager in our Granby location. The ideal candidate must possess previous housekeeping managerial experience in a hospitality setting, excellent organizational & administrative skills, superior communications in both verbal & written formats. This position requires flexibility with work schedule as needed and the ability to positively impact the quality of our rental product at multiple locations. Saturdays are required.

 

The Rooms Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cleanliness and upkeep of all homes and condominiums on our program. Communications with staff, other managers and owners, in an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. Also responsible for providing all guests with quality service while maximizing room revenue and productivity, the  development and training of housekeepers, and ensuring the guest home/condo meets and exceeds all local room quality standards and guidelines. Demonstrates excellent work ethic, ability to carry out any and all companywide expectations directly in line with Policy/procedures, Vision Statement and Core Values of the Company.
