Accountant/ Office Manager PART TIME - 15-20 HOURS PER WEEK, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE Real Estate Developer needs person seeking long term employment with part time hours. Must have strong accounting experience and happy optimistic personality. A little sarcasm doesn't hurt. Days and hours are flexible week to week. MUST be highly organized and a bit OCD about timeliness of task accomplishment. Tasks - 60% Accounting; AR, AP, Reconciliations and year end prep for 7-8 different entities, hotel reconciliation for expedia and other booking companies, oversee 1099s, K-1 distribution and interaction with CPA, process monthly sales tax for small hotel. 40% Office Management: phone interaction with clients, investors and non-profit contact, proficiency in excel and QuickBooks a Must, research, mostly internet based, maintain good books and records, plan Travel as most work is out of State, pro-active in efficiency, cost savings and timely reports. My current Office Manager is going to spend more time with the family but will stay on as long as needed for training and then be available for questions so the learning and transition will be an easy process.
