NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 5-210.E. of the Eagle County Land Use Regulations, as amended, and pursuant to Section 5-290.F.1 of the Eagle County Land Use Regulations, as amended, that the Planning Director may administratively approve the following on or after November 1, 2019: Type of Application: Amended Final Plat, Berry Creek Ranch Filing 2 - Block 3 Lots 27 and 28, AFP-009062-2019. Description of Action: The applicant seeks to amend the common property line of Lots 27 and 28. The purpose of this revision is to amend an encroachment on a set back caused by the construction of a shed on Lot 28. Amending the common property line will allow the shed to come into compliance with setback requirements. Location of Land: 11 Buckboard Road and 23 Buckboard Road, Berry Creek Ranch Fil 2, Block 3, Lots 28, totalling 0.74 acres (the "Parcel"). This land use file may be administratively approved on or after November 1, 2019. The Director's determination shall be final thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the Director's decision on the Administrative Amended Final Plat, unless the determination is appealed to the Board under the provisions of Section 5-2400. Once the Director's determination is final, the Director will present the Amended Final Plat to the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners for signature.
