AND OF APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF TREASURER'S DEED

You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 27th day of October 2010, the then County Treasurer of Eagle County, in the State of Colorado, sold at public tax lien sale to BF L.P. the following described property situate in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Subdivision: BRIGHTWATER CLUB FILING 2 THE MEADOWS Lot: 70 R919836 MAP 06-20-05 R928910 DEC 09-08-05 R928911 DEC 09-08-05
and said County Treasurer issued a certificate of purchase therefore to BF L.P..
That said tax lien sale was made to satisfy the delinquent property (and special assessment) taxes assessed against said property for the year 2009;
That said property was taxed or specially assessed in the name(s) of Continuum Development LLC for said year 2009;
That said BF L.P. on the 18th day of December 2019, the present holder of said certificate (who) has made request upon the Treasurer of said County for a deed to said property;
That a Treasurer's Deed will be issued for said property to BF L.P. on the 17th day of June 2020, unless the same has been redeemed;
Said property may be redeemed from said sale at any time prior to the actual execution of said Treasurer's Deed.
This Notice of Purchase has also been published in Eagle Valley Enterprise on January 23, 2020, January 30, 2020 and February 6, 2020.
