NOTICE OF FINAL ADOPTIONS BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AFTER A DULY NOTICED PUBLIC HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2019:

Resolution No. 076-2019 of the Board of County Commissioners Approving Le Chamonix Planned Unit Development (PUD) Major Amendment, Activity Envelope and Site Plan Review for a property described as the Le Chamonix Subdivision Units 1 through 12. Statutory vested rights for the approval contained herein are granted pursuant to the Pitkin County Land Use Code and Colorado Statutes, subject to the exceptions set forth in the Pitkin County Land Use Code § 2-20-170 and C.R.S. § 24-68-105. The statutory vested rights granted herein shall expire on September 25, 2022.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, to begin at 5:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the conduct of business allows, in the Maroon Bells Conference Room, third floor of the Pitkin County Administrative and Sherriff's Office Building, 530 East Main Street, Aspen, CO before the Pitkin County Board of Adjustment, to consider an application submitted by Sopris 6, LLC, c/o Tom Newland, 417 Original Road, Basalt, CO 81621. The Applicant is requesting Front Yard Setback Variances where 100' is required to construct two agricultural structures, and retaining walls that exceed 6' in height.
