PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of Grand County, Colorado, by Michael Mcatee, on behalf of the 491 Columbine LLC:
An application for a variance in the Residential Zone District pursuant to Section of XVI (16) of the Grand County Zoning Regulations to allow a height of 44 feet (44') rather than the normally required forty foot (40') as defined in Section of XX (20), upon the following described property to wit:
Lot 21, Block 10, Columbine Lake, County of Grand, State of Colorado
The Board of Adjustment of Grand County will hold a Public Hearing on this application on
February 12, 2020 at 5:30 P.M., in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Grand County Administration Building, 308 Byers Avenue, Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado.
