Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs City Council will consider an application for a Major Site/Architectural Plan review for development in the Residential Transitional District (RT), as well as the rezoning of one parcel from the Residential High-Density District (RH) to the Residential Transitional District (RT).
The subject property consists of three total parcels near the intersection of Blake Avenue and Palmer Avenue. These properties include the remaining un-subdivided portion of the Block 1 of the Oakhurst Subdivision First Filing (Parcel #218515302008), Block 3 of the Oakhurst Subdivision First Filing (Parcel #218515304001), and the parcel with the address 2710 Blake Avenue (Parcel #218521100002) in the City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
The proposed development is an apartment community of 98 apartments in five buildings and one duplex including two homes. The development also includes an onsite management office, community room, outdoor neighborhood open spaces, required parking, and improvements to the existing Palmer Avenue right of way through the site.
This application was submitted by Triumph Development West, LLC on behalf of the property owner Bell Rippy Glenwood, LLC.
