Notice is hereby given that the Town of Eagle Town Council will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. This notice
is given pursuant to Section 4.03.060 of the Town of Eagle Land Use and Development Code. The purpose of the hearings is to take public testimony and take action on the following application:

PROJECT: Red Mountain Ranch Planned Unit
Development and Filing 5, Final Plat
FILE NUMBER: PUD18-01 and PPFP19-01
APPLICANT: Red Mountain Ranch Partnership, LLP, Griffin Development LLC, and Eagle River Commercial LLC
REQUESTS: 1. Plannued Unit Development (PUD) Zoning Map Application – max of 153 dwelling units of various types, limited commercial areas, and open space/park areas. 2. Request for concurrent Preliminary Plan/Final Plat to subdivide the 106.194-acre property of land into 7 parcels. 3. Site Specific Development Plan (vesting of property rights)
LOCATION: Approximately 106 acres on the east end of the town boundaries, south of Highway 6, north of the Eagle River, Parcel Numbers 193926300012, 193927400039, 193927300029, 193934200041, 193934200042, 193933100004, 193933100002

Public Hearings shall be held in the Eagle Town Hall, 200 Broadway, Eagle Colorado or via a virtual meeting platform or some combination thereof.
