The covenants of said Deed of Trust have been violated as follows: A failure to make timely payments required under said Deed of Trust and the Evidence of Debt secured thereby.

THEREFORE, NOTICE IS GIVEN that I will, at TEN o'clock a.m., on the date of November 20, 2020 at the Office of the Grand County Public Trustee, Grand County Administration Building, Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property described above, and all interest of the Grantor, the heirs, successors and assigns of the Grantor, for the purpose of paying the indebtedness provided in the evidence of debt and Deed of Trust, attorney's fees, and the expenses of sale, and will deliver to the purchaser a certificate of purchase, all as provided by law.
