PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of December, 2020 petitions for Inclusion of Real Property with the Frisco Sanitation District were filed by Martha Pat Arnold. The Board of Directors has set the day of January 28, 2021 at the hour of 5:30 p.m. in the Frisco Sanitation District, 111 S. Summit Blvd., Frisco, Colorado as the date, time, and place at which the petition will be heard. The property sought to be included is legally
described as:

Lot 168, Bills Ranch Sub.

Any and all persons desiring to object to the proposed inclusion should file their objections in writing with the Manager of the District at any time prior to the hearing.
