PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of Grand County, Colorado, by Connor Tracy:
An application for a variance in the Residential District pursuant to Section of XVI (16) of the Grand County Zoning Regulations to allow a 2.3' front yard rather than the normally required 30' front yard as defined in Section 4.4, upon the following described property to wit:
Lot 6, Stillwater Estates, according to the Plat thereof filed October 20, 1972 at Reception No. 124934, known commonly as 582 GCR 41.
The Board of Adjustment of Grand County will hold a Public Hearing on this application on Wednesday, February 10th at 5:30 P.M., in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Grand County Administration Building, 308 Byers Avenue, Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado.
The Public Hearing is open and all person(s) or organizations desiring to speak on the matter will be afforded the opportunity to be heard.
