NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Gypsum Planning and Zoning Commission and Town Council will hold public hearings on an application for a PUD Final Plat, for Buckhorn Valley Phase Six. Further information concerning these applications or proposals may be obtained on the Town's website https://www.townofgypsum.com under "Business / Land Use Applications" or by contacting the Planning Department at 970-524-1750.

The hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 and Town Council will hold a public hearing to review the application on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. Planning and Zoning Commission and Town Council public hearings are held in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Blvd Gypsum, Colorado and via Zoom (an on-line webinar platform), at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The general public may attend the public hearing to hear issues and to express their opinions and/or may submit written comments to be considered at the hearing. Written comments should be submitted to the Town Planner at 50 Lundgren Boulevard, Gypsum, Colorado between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays, or by email to Email Me no later than January 29, 2021.
