PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for a variance for an accessory dwelling unit to be constructed in the rear yard setback. If approved, the variance will allow for a 2 foot rear yard setback instead of a 15-foot setback for property located at 1215 Blake Avenue in the City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The application is submitted by Diane Reynolds and the property is owned by Diane and Murray Reynolds.
