SUMMIT COUNTY GOVERNMENT SUMMIT COUNTY, COLORADO INVITATION TO BID Summit County Government is receiving sealed Bids for Summit County Project Number SCP 2018-01, Solid Waste Engineering Services. This project includes the following items of work: Services to be provided are landfill engineering and consulting services to be provided on an on-call basis, which services include landfill engineering, permitting, and construction phase services, landfill gas design, permitting and monitoring, Title V assistance, green-house gas assistance, recycling design and permitting assistance, storm-water management planning, leachate management design and permitting, groundwater monitoring, Engineered Design and Operation Plan revision/update efforts, landfill survey work, financial assurance calculations, capacity estimates, landfill life projections, household hazardous waste assistance, exploration and production (E&P) waste assistance, and general civil design. Sealed statements of qualifications will be received at the Summit County Resource Allocation Park Main Office, 639 SCR 66, P.O. Box 3789, Dillon, Colorado, 80435 until 3:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, November 27th, 2018.
