L-202; WHICH INTERVALS ARE AN UNDIVIDED 1/50TH INTEREST IN AND TO SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT IN THE POSTE MONTANE LODGE CONDOMINIUMS ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM AND INTERVAL OWNERSHIP DECLARATION FOR THE POSTE MONTANE LODGE AND AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM MAP FOR THE POSTE MONTANE LODGE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER OF EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO ON JUNE 3, 1983 IN BOOK 360 AT PAGE 914. THE INTERVAL, AS DEFINED IN THE CONDOMINIUM AND INTERVAL OWNERSHIP DECLARATION FOR THE POSTE MONTANE LODGE RECORDED JUNE 3, 1983 IN BOOK 360 AT PAGE 913 AND AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED SEPTEMBER 20, 1983 IN BOOK 368 AT PAGE 788 (THE "DECLARATION"), ASSIGNED TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT CONVEYED BY THIS DEED IS INTERVAL(S) 16, 22, 39, 16, 03 AND 02 AS DESIGNATED IN THE DECLARATION.
