Marketing and Sales Assistant About All Mountain Technologies All Mountain Technologies (AMT) is the leading IT Managed Service Provider in the Vail area, working with small to mid-sized businesses to manage and support their IT needs, since 2003. Located in Edwards, CO, we focus our services in the Vail Valley and surrounding counties. We work with a diverse group of clients and industries including, private, government, education, non-profit, and healthcare. As a Managed Service Provider, AMT is required to have a wide range of expertise and skills for our client's IT demands. We must be able to handle everything from the simplest support ticket, to designing, procuring, implementing, and supporting their IT infrastructure and end users. Marketing and Sales Assistant The Marketing and Sales Assistant is responsible for creating our marketing materials, managing and editing the website, blog, newsletters, and other client facing literature. They will also be responsible for planning, managing, and attending networking events in the area. Sales support will be a large part of their role, assisting in sales activities such as quoting, purchasing, and overall account management and client satisfaction. This individual must have a strong attention to detail, design ability with current design software programs, and incredibly high customer service. We are looking for someone with a lot of energy, positive attitude, glass is half-full type mentality, excited to engage in both marketing and sales activities. Professional work ethic, appearance, and behavior are critical for success in this position. Marketing and Sales Assistant Job Responsibilities Design, edit, and maintain AMT's website ? Create and manage all marketing materials, internal documents, press releases, etc. ? Design and manage our monthly newsletters to clients and prospects ? Manage our social medial outlet and blog posts ? Manage online, or other, advertising campaigns ? Plan, manage, and attend networking events on behalf of All Mountain Technologies ? Create internal documentation for marketing and sales processes, as well as other internal ?documents. ? Create client facing, sales proposals, reports, quotes, etc. ? Assistant to GM and CEO, with a focus on marketing and sales efforts ? Proactive client visits to help solidify and maintain positive relationships ? Generate positive press and advertising through local advertising and publication channels ? Assist with vendor, purchasing, and product management ? General spokesperson for AMT ? Attend local networking events with appropriate groups and organizations ? Assist with overall account management and client satisfaction ? Gather testimonials from clients in text and video format ? Knowledge and Skills Graphic design using current software packages such as photoshop, InDesign, etc. ? Website experience, creating and managing. Word Press, HTML, SEO experience a plus. ? Social media outlets, blog posts, newsletters, etc. ? Online advertising experience with Google AdWords, Facebook, Pay-Per-Click ? Excellent customer service and communication skills via phone, email, in-person, working with ?a wide range of situations and personalities ? Attention to detail This is an absolute must for this position. Grammar, punctuation, spelling, ?all need to be professional and correct for any materials published. ?
