Systems Administrator/Helpdesk Lead Keystone Symposia is currently seeking a Systems Administrator Helpdesk Lead that will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our computer systems and servers and will oversee support and maintenance of IT inventory to ensure that our systems are operating at full capacity. They will also be tasked with installing hardware and software, test and deploy new systems and will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT inventory to maximize overall IT function. Approximately 50% of the job would be managing support issues independently or with product vendors, 40% maintaining the organizations various IT systems and applications, and 10% user training. This position will require after hours on-call availability.
