NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION FOR SUNLIGHT NORTH CONDOMINIUMS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Sunlight North Condominium Association, a Colorado non-profit corporation maintaining a principal place of business at 2475 Garmisch #2, Vail, Colorado 81657 (the "Association") proposes to amend and restate the Condominium Declaration For Sunlight North Condominiums on November 13, 1975 at Reception No. 139201 in Book 243 at Page 72, in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder for Eagle County, State of Colorado ("Original Declaration").
Pursuant to Section 17 of the Original Declaration, the consent of all holders of recorded first mortgages or first deeds of trust on units in the Sunlight North Condominiums is required to amend the Original Declaration.
