NOTICE OF PETITION FOR INCLUSION INTO
THE MID VALLEY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

The Board of Directors of the Mid Valley Metropolitan District (the "District") received a Petition for Inclusion of property into the District. In accordance with C.R.S. Sec. 32-1-401(1)(b), notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors will hear the Petition for Inclusion at a public meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on April 21, 2021 at the District office located at 0031 Duroux Lane, Suite A, Basalt, Colorado 81621. A TRACT OF LAND SITUATED IN TRACT 52, ACCORDING TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT RESURVEY 1927, OR LOT 6 ACCORDING TO U.S. GOVERNMENT RESURVEY 1889, IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 87 WEST OF THE 6TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, LYING WEST OF THE COUNTY ROAD AS NOW CONSTRUCTED AND IN USE AND EAST OF THE ROARING FORK RIVER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING AT A POINT OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT-0F-WAY LINE OF AFORESAID COUNTY ROAD WHENCE THE WITNESS CORNER MONUMENT FOR THE SOUTHWEST CORNER, A.P. 3 OF SAID TRACT 52 BEARS S 13° 25' W 1554.83 FEET;

THENCE S 5° 23' E 125.00 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED COUNTY ROAD;

THENCE N 89° 17' W 242.00 FEET TO THE APPROXIMATE HIGH WATER LINE OF THE ROARING FORK RIVER AS OF AUGUST 24, 1961;

THENCE N 1° 13' W 124.36 FEET ALONG THE ABOVE MENTIONED APPROXIMATE HIGH WATER LINE OF THE ROARING FORK RIVER AS OF AUGUST 24,1961;

THENCE S 89° 17' E 232.92 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE PROPERTY PRESENTLY OWNED BY W.P. HAVEL TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

AKA: 1043 WILLITS LANE, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO

All persons interested in this matter shall appear at the public hearing described above and show cause in writing why the Petition for Inclusion should not be granted. The failure of any person in the District or of any municipality or county which may be able to provide service to the real property proposed for inclusion to file a written objection shall be taken as an assent to the inclusion of the property described herein into the District.
